We do not collect or infer health data. Recallo is a game. Your scores are records of performance inside our games — they are not a health measurement, not a cognitive assessment, and we do not treat them as health information, use them to infer any condition, or build health-related profiles or advertising audiences from them.
The optional questions in our enquiry form are used only to send you relevant information about the app. They are not used to infer, record or target any medical condition.
3. Marketing communications
We send marketing email only to people who ticked the consent box or purchased the product. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and you may withdraw consent at any time by writing to contact@recallo.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share limited data with providers acting on our instructions:
- Hosting and infrastructure — to run the website and app.
- Payment processor — to take payment and handle refunds.
- Email delivery platform — to send transactional and marketing email.
- Analytics and advertising platforms — to measure website and campaign performance. Gameplay data is not shared with them.
We may also disclose data where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.
5. International transfers
Some providers operate outside your country of residence. Where personal data leaves the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on an adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. How long we keep data
- Enquiry form data: up to 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted.
- Account and gameplay data: while your account is active, and 12 months after you ask us to close it.
- Transaction records: as required by tax and accounting law, normally 7 years.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.

- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise a right, email contact@recallo.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
8. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure how the website and our advertising perform. Essential cookies are required for the site to work. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only where permitted, and you can control them in your browser or through our cookie banner where shown.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest, access controls limited to staff who need them, and regular backups. No system is completely secure, but we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay if a breach affects your rights.
10. Children
Recallo is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK without parental authorisation) and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Where an adult sets up an account for a younger player, that adult is responsible for the account and is who we correspond with. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
